Zanders Group is a development and marketing house. Most of our work is for clients: websites, custom apps, internal systems, and campaigns. We also build products of our own. One of these is Noor, a health companion for everyday mental and physical wellbeing.

Noor lives at noorhc.app. It is a calm app for small, repeatable habits rather than an overwhelming catalogue of features. Daily check-ins, guided lessons, sleep improvement, fitness tracking, and water tracking sit in one place, at your pace.

Everyday mental and physical health should feel approachable: practical skills, gentle accountability, and tools that work together.

What Noor includes

We built Noor around the tools people actually use, not filler. The launch experience centres on a handful of focused modules and the same four-step lesson flow throughout: settle in, notice what is going on, reframe the pattern, then take one small action.

  • Daily check-ins so you can notice mood, context, and what is affecting you
  • Guided lesson paths for grounding, anxiety, depression resources, sleep, movement, and accountability
  • Sleep improvement tools aimed at consistency and wind-down, not gimmicks
  • A full fitness tracker for workouts, routines, and progress over time
  • Water tracking with daily goals and quick logging
  • Journaling and habits, so the rest of the app has somewhere to land

Lesson content is evidence-informed and written in plain language. You can replay a path, skip a day, or log a workout without the app treating wellbeing like a streak you must not break. Progress is meant to feel sustainable.

Why we built it

Client work teaches us how to ship reliable software. Product work is how we apply that to things we will own for years. Noor is one of those: a therapy and humanity-driven initiative, delivered as software people can use every day.

It is also an honest statement of how we work. We are not an AI-first company. Where automation helps inside the product or the business, we use it. The app itself is about check-ins, lessons, and tracking, not a chatbot standing in for care.

What Noor is not

Noor supports general wellness and self-care. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a replacement for therapy or urgent care. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Where to go next

The product site is live at noorhc.app. Store listings are still on the way. You can leave your email there to be notified when Noor is available on the App Store and Google Play. Questions about the app go to support@noorhc.app.

If you want Zanders Group to build something for your organisation, that is still what most of this site is for. Get in touch and we will talk through the work.
